Your quote. Your information.

Last updated October 7, 2026.

This page explains how Just Spark Plugs uses information you provide through our quote request form.

What we collect

We collect the vehicle, ZIP code, and phone number you submit when requesting a quote, plus your requested service address, parts preference, preferred day, and any optional name, email address, engine details, reason, and notes you provide. Your vehicle and service-location details are kept in your browser session as you work through the form. On the contact screen, checking permission with a valid phone number saves these details and your contact information, even before the final confirmation button; we may follow up about that quote if you leave it unfinished. We do not save your phone number to our lead database before you give that permission. We also save when you submitted your request and your agreement to be contacted about it.

If you arrive through a campaign link, we save campaign tags and advertising click identifiers included in that link so we can understand where inquiries come from. A daily hash derived from your IP address helps limit repeated spam submissions; the raw IP address is not saved in our lead records.

How we use it

We use your information to review your vehicle and service location, prepare a quote, contact you about your request, and arrange a service appointment if you approve. Submitting a quote request does not sign you up for unrelated promotional messages. We keep form progress in your browser’s session storage so you can continue after a refresh in the same tab.

Storage and service providers

Quote requests are stored in a hosted database. Our website hosting, infrastructure, and transactional email providers process this information to operate the website and notify our team about quote requests. If you book, we may share the vehicle, contact, and appointment details needed to perform the service with your assigned technician. We do not sell your quote information.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your quote request information, or stop contacting you about it, by calling (405) 480-4139. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for completed service transactions.

Website technology

Optional Meta ad measurement is prepared but remains off until the business connects its dataset. When enabled, you can allow or decline measurement through the ad privacy choices. Declining does not affect your quote request. Only after you allow it do we load the Meta Pixel, which can set advertising cookies and send page activity to Meta. After a saved quote request, browser and server events use a shared event identifier to avoid counting it twice. The server event can include your hashed phone number and email, browser information, and ad click or browser identifiers. Hashing allows Meta to match identifiers; it does not make them anonymous. We do not send your vehicle, service address, symptoms, notes, or quote amount to Meta. Your preference is saved in local browser storage for 30 days and you can change it through Ad privacy choices. A change prevents new browser measurement; previously submitted events may already have been processed. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them.
